I am a third-generation builder who grew up immersed in the trades learning the ropes from my grandfather and father alike. Before transitioning completely into the building sector I was a chef for 8 years on Long Island in the Hamptons. This experience, I believe, has prepared me for an Industry such as this. Iron clad work ethic, unwavering standards on beauty, attention to detail and a drive to deliver a superior product that creates delighted customers with homes to pass on to generations to come.
Lindy Woolcott is the founder of the HRH Design Group, established in 2007. Educated in London and following an illustrious career in the New York City fashion industry, she is now heading up an architectural design company in the Hamptons. Here she has been designing and building high end luxury homes for the past 20 years.
“My goal is to create homes for people with discerning taste and an appreciation for light filled reflective spaces, where family and friends can relax and enjoy time well spent, entertaining, having fun and most of all achieving a sense of well-being.
The projects I undertake have one thing in common — they are new construction but feel like they were built in the past, that they belong in their environment, and that they embrace light and their natural surroundings. Large floor to ceiling windows providing a connection with the world around are one of the signatures of my designs, bringing the outside in, and letting the external elements play a large role in defining the home. Essentially my projects are new homes that look like they were farmhouses, cottages and barns from the past that have been added onto, a cluster of volumes connected and completely renovated, meticulously customized to meet the needs of our modern lifestyles. “
Integrity and authenticity are the cornerstones of the homes she creates, and her award winning designs inspire and excite while enhancing and assimilating effortlessly into the surrounding landscape.

Charlotte has an entrepreneurial and creative spirit.
She grew up in Garrison, NY before enrolling at Rhode Island School of Design to study fine art and to cultivate her passion for transforming spaces.
Seeing opportunity in the late 1990s in Beacon, NY, Charlotte purchased an eight unit building on Main Street in her early twenties. She learned the craft of the construction business through the process of renovating her building and once complete, she opened her own real estate office in 2001.
She believed in Beacon even in its downtrodden days and sold the vision with passion and enthusiasm. Selling properties in Beacon gave way to meeting developers which led to selling some of the largest, most prominent properties in Beacon like the Roundhouse, 1 East Main Street and Churchill Street. With the help of Charlotte’s intuition of real estate trends, these raw factory compounds from the industrial age went from boarded up and run down to an amazing assortment of properties including a high end hotel, restaurant and event space, stunning residential lofts and boutique shops.
Charlotte believes investing in real estate is one of the best ways to build wealth. She looks for opportunities and creative solutions for her clients that others may have overlooked. In addition to her real estate business, she also created Lambs Hill Venue and Lambs Hill Bridal Boutique using her design skills and knowledge of passive income.
Charlotte enjoys creating and designing spaces, problem solving, riding her Icelandic horses, painting, and spending time with her two young children and husband, Dennis Vetrano Jr. (who ironically runs a divorce law firm). She now leads her team of agents proudly with Compass as The Gate House Team, still at her office, on Main Street in Beacon, NY.
